Wednesday, February 17 – 12:30 – 3:00 pm.

**  As the current 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we would like to assure you that we are closely monitoring information from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and governmental organizations.  We plan to follow all guidelines to ensure that the conference is held in a safe manner for all.  We will keep everyone up to date on information as it is made available.

* registration for an 8 x 10 booth that includes back and side draping
* 6 ft table, a chair and a waste basket
* Each Company registered includes Tuesday night exhibit hall grand opening/meal and Wednesday lunch in the exhibit hall and the Wednesday night all Conference Social (if marked and ordered when you order name badges) for two employees per company (no matter how many booths that you order).

Beware of housing pirates who may contact you to book a room outside of the AOAP block. These housing pirates are not affiliated in anyway with the AOAP and could be a scam and/or require significant deposits with unreasonable cancellation policies. HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Grand Sierra Resort and Convention Center, Reno, Tahoe

(triple and quad occupancy rates are $25 per person over the quoted rates below)

GSR Hotel Rate:  $105 plus resort fee not to exceed $25. (plus tax)

Summit Room Rate: $125 plus resort fee not to exceed $25.  (plus tax)

* We will again have special hours during the exhibit hall where we will be inviting individuals from the community that operate swimming pools from HRA’s, apartment complexes, fitness centers, etc, that may not typically register for the conference, but, would benefit from attending the Exhibit Hall to attend FREE of charge on Wednesday from 1:00 – 3:00 pm. Please feel free to invite any of your clientele to attend during this time as well! There will also be one session after the exhibit hall closes that they will be able to choice a session to attend if they so choose.
