Life Jacket Grant Program
​We provide essential lifesaving gear to communities in need, distributing thousands of U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets for swim lessons and open swim times.

​Investing in the first line of defense against drowning: water competency. Our grants fund high-quality swim programs for underserved populations across the country.

Empowering the public with knowledge. We coordinate research-backed education campaigns and provide instructional media for professionals to implement locally.
RESPECT the Water
Our free Drowning Prevention Education program covers fundamental water safety protocols, professional rescue techniques, and community-based advocacy. It includes a portion for children and a portion for parents and caregivers — with downloadable PowerPoint presentations, flyers, PSAs, and the "Water Watcher by AOAP" program of 3 PSAs, 3 children's books, and laminated cards.
