Meet the Association of Aquatic Professionals Conference Assistants.

Maria Andersen has been with the Association of Aquatic Professionals since 2012.  She began as the AOAP Office Assistant prior to an Executive Director being hired for AOAP.

Once that position was in place she became the Conference Administrative Assistant.  Maria has extensive background in park and recreation with a degree from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse in Recreation Management. 

She has held positions with the Village of Ashwaubenon Park & Recreation Department and the School District of Green Bay. 

Maria provides customer service support during the conference for all attendees and commercial vendors.  She handles the registration desk and provides assistance to all during the conference. 

Dana Bogenschutz has been with the Association of Aquatic Professionals since 2018.  She began as a volunteer with the Association.

She began as a volunteer with the Association in 2018.  Dana has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay in Business and Finance.  Dana has worked for a national Life Insurance company for the past 23 years and has held the position of Medical Underwriter for the past 16 years. She has an extensive background with medical underwriting, risk management, training and mentoring, and project leadership.  Dana resides in Green Bay, WI with her family.  Her children are active swimmers in swim club and high school swim teams.
