Private: 2024 AOAP Conference Company Employees Attending

This registration form is for those companies that have already registered for a booth for the 2023 AOAP/NDPA Conference and Exposition being held in Reno, Nevada at The Grand Sierra Resort & Convention Center – Tuesday, February 13 & Wednesday, February 14, 2024 (specific non-compete exhibit times are Tuesday 5:30 – 8:00 pm and Wednesday 12:30 – 3:00 pm) . Set up is either Monday, February 12 from 8:30 am – 4 pm or on Tuesday, February 13 between 8 am – 4 pm4

  • Employees "attending" and manning your booth at the 2024 AOAP Conference

    These are the employees that you are registering to man your booth during the 2024 AOAP Conference and Exposition. (You must have a booth reserved first in order to fill out this form).

  • Please list the First and Last Name and a UNIQUE email address for each person manning your booth only. We must have each person's own email address and not a main contact. Thank you.

  • Please note that each company, no matter how many booths you have, receive 2 employees included. Additional employees are an additional fee to cover the cost of the meals that we provide to each person. We do this to keep the booth fees as reasonable as they are for all companies. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that there is a maximum number of 8 total employees allowed under exhibitor registrations for each company.
