Membership Categories Available:  Annual Memberships go March 15 - March 15 (Please note that if you are a company or consultant that you MUST register under the Commercial Member rate or your company is not considered a member)

Memberships for Individuals ONLY! -

Individual: $40

Agency: $30 - The first person from an agency (department or agency, not for businesses or commercial companies) registers at $40 and then each additional member from the same agency $30 (must put down agency/department address and e-mail and everyone fills out their own application)

Commercial/Consultant: $110 (includes the company or consultant and one main contact) - Please note that each additional member from the company must register at the $30 rate. - This category is for any company or commercial company or consultants.

NEW Category: Group Agency Memberships
All must be from same agency and would be put under one address (This category does NOT require anyone to register at the individual rate) - You would fill out only one overall membership application
